Return & Exchange

Product(s) can be exchanged within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice required.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

After our team reviews the product, you can purchase same price of product or we will send you same product after receiving defected Product.

Refunds

We offer Refund, but we will deduct 25% of amount of order price.

Unopened and Unused Items:  For items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the order. In such cases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method cutting 25% of order amount, minus any shipping charges.

Non-Eligible Items for Refund:

Sale and Clearance Items: Items purchased during sale or clearance events are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at customercare@qurbofficial.com or WhatsApp us at +92 334 5668331 and provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.


Package Your Return: Securely package the item to be returned, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.


Return Authorization: Upon verification of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and any necessary shipping instructions.


Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, except in cases of damaged or defective items or incorrect orders.

    Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
