By using or accessing the website at www.qurbofficial.com , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all relevant laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable local laws while using this site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the site. The materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Exchange Policy

Product(s) can be exchanged within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice required.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product customercare@qurbofficial.com or WhatsApp us at +92 334 5668331 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you can purchase same price of product or we will send you same product after defected Product.

Pricing Policy

We retain the right to modify the prices of our products at any time and for any reason.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices displayed on our barcodes and website, occasional errors may occur. Should we identify an error in the price of an item you have purchased or ordered, we will promptly contact you. You will then have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Please be aware that when an item is sold out, it may be reproduced and become available again. As a result, prices of products may change periodically.

Discount Policy

we offer 10% discount to our subsriber on first order, Discount is on New Arrivals, if we are on sale discount applies if you shop above 5k. 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
